When it comes to insolvency law, German attorney at law Michael Schmidt enjoys the greatest trust among the country’s in-house lawyers. As the year before, the head of PASCHEN’s practice group Insolvency law was awarded first place in the ranking of all lawyers recommended in this category.
For the current study conducted by Frankfurt’s media group dfv together with the magazine “unternehmensjurist” and with the advice of Prof. Dr. Peter Körner, Director Corporate Legal Insights (CLI) in Frankfurt, more than 5,000 in-house lawyers from legal departments of 931 companies, associations and societies of all major sectors and size categories represented in Germany were surveyed.
