Company lawyers recommend PASCHEN for the sixth time in a row
In the current Kanzleimonitor 2021–2022 study by the German Institute for Legal Departments and Corporate Lawyers, PASCHEN Rechtsanwälte was again recommended as a leader in three areas.
Leading law firm and leading lawyer in insolvency law
In insolvency law, PASCHEN has been one of the law firms with repeated recommendations for years now, and it has secured one of the top positions among the ranks of large insolvency administration law firms. Partner and head of the Insolvency Law practice group at PASCHEN, lawyer Michael Schmidt, has now made it into the TOP 2 recommended lawyers in insolvency law for the fifth time. This time, Michael Schmidt shared second place among the most nominated lawyers in insolvency law with Dr Sebastian Zeeck from Oppenhoff.
Recommended law firm for contract law
For the third time in a row, PASCHEN has also been recommended by company counsels as a law firm for contract law, covering the following topic areas: civil contract law, commercial law, trade, production, services, terms and conditions and distribution law.

This year, for the current study, carried out by diruj – German Institute for Legal Departments and Corporate Lawyers, a company in the Frankfurt-based dfv media group, 7626 company counsel recommendations were evaluated nationwide, an increase of 36 percent compared to the previous year
