Online claim handover now with documents

With debit.xs, our in-house developed web-based tool integrated in our client interface debit.control, it is now even more efficient and easier to handover claims to PASCHEN.

In response to the wishes of many clients it is now possible to handover claims online by submitting the basic claims data and the transaction data together with all relevant documents such as invoices, credit notes or correspondence with the debtor.

This optimization of the PASCHEN workflow involves a double benefit as it leads to faster and easier online handover with debit.xs and thus to less effort when submitting disputed claims. As a result, the legal claim management becomes even more effective.
