Successful BvCM-Conference in Wolfsburg on the New Regulations in Insolvency Law
During the conference 70 very interested participants from the industry, trade and service sector centered on the recent modification of the German insolvency law. As a guest lecturer CEO of the Verband Insolvenzverwalter Deutschlands e.V. (Association of Insolvency Administrators Germany) Dr. Daniel Berger reported on their recently initiated ombudsman project.
Following an introduction about the background of the new legal regulations by attorney at law Lutz Paschen, attorneys at law Michael Schmidt and Matthias Marzluf explained the new requirements on creditors that will result from the ESUG.
The lively discussion showed once more the great importance of the ESUG in practice.
