Successful ISO 9001 re-certification after changing certifier

Our declared goal for 30 years now has been to be in a position to offer our clients consistently high quality for our legal services in commercial law, specialising in supplier law issues (national and international), the representation of creditor interests in insolvency law, and insurance recourse.

To ensure that we are always working at the highest level in terms of quality, we have been aligning our quality management system with the requirements of the relevant industry standard for more than a decade already. Our quality management system has been certified according to the DIN EN ISO 9001 standard since 2011.

As part of the re-certification, the certifier was now changed, according to schedule, to TÜV Süd. The two-day audit once again confirmed our continuous adherence to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The conformity and effectiveness of the quality management system used were confirmed in full, without any complaints. TÜV Süd highlighted our high degree of digitalisation as particularly worthy of mention.

For our clients, the current certification means that we have integrated an efficient quality management system, which we continuously develop further in order to always ensure the best possible quality for our service.

We at PASCHEN will continue in future to consistently ensure compliance with our standards and – wherever possible – work on further improving our quality management system in order to be in a position to continue to offer our clients the excellent quality they are used to alongside reliable service.
