Corporate lawyers recommend PASCHEN in insolvency law
PASCHEN Rechtsanwälte was once again ranked high and recommended in insolvency law in this year’s Kanzleimonitor 2024-2025 study by the German Institute for Legal Departments and In-house Counsel (diruj).
Leading law firm & leading lawyer in insolvency law
PASCHEN has now been one of the leading law firms in insolvency law for 9 years and, as in previous years, has secured a recommendation in the ranks of multinational full-service law firms. Law firm partner and head of the insolvency law practice group at PASCHEN, Michael Schmidt, is once again personally recommended as a leading lawyer in insolvency law.
Our founding partner Lutz Paschen comments: “Only in exceptional cases do our clients sit in the legal department of the companies we advise, as we regularly work directly with the finance department due to our specialisation in supplier rights. Now that the recommendation within the framework of the Kanzleimonitor is also appreciated by large law firms, which almost always report to in-house lawyers, we are particularly proud to be among the honoured law firms for the ninth time in a row. Once again, our consistent specialisation in the enforcement of suppliers’ rights and the representation of creditors’ interests in insolvency proceedings has been rewarded. We would like to thank the recommenders and promise to consistently continue on the path we have chosen and to always give our best.”
This year’s 12th study by diruj Deutsches Institut für Rechtsabteilungen und Unternehmensjuristen GmbH, a company of the Frankfurt-based dfv Mediengruppe, involved 649 companies from 28 sectors with a weighted total number of recommendations of 9,686 in 32 areas of law. The study thus reaches a broad and representative base in the German economy. The recommendations come exclusively from the legal departments of the companies themselves and emphasise the relevance of tips and advice based on personal experience.
