In-house counsel recommend PASCHEN as a TOP law firm in Insolvency law

In the never-ending story of insolvency law, PASCHEN is once again successful – one of the few law firms awarded multiple recommendations and securing second place along with Kübler and Mulansky + Kollegen, right behind CMS. Partner of Paschen and head of the firm´s Insolvency Law Practice Group, RA Michael Schmidt, once again landed on top – one of the most frequently mentioned lawyers in insolvency law and sharing second place with Harald Bechteler of Taylor Wessing and Prof. Jens Schmittmann.

The review was conducted by the Frankfurt-based dfv media group together with the magazine “unternehmensjurist” and with advice from Prof. Dr. Peter Körner, Director Corporate Legal Insights (CLI) in Frankfurt am Main. Due to difficulties arising from Covid-19, only syndici from 600 companies nationwide could be surveyed, significantly fewer lawyers than in previous years. Previous categories such as “Hidden Champions” and “Best-in-Class” as well as evaluations based on geographical reference also fell victim to the interruption of the pandemic.
