European Accounts Receivable Network summit in Berlin

BPS hosted the first EARN® meeting in Berlin during the Pentecost weekend where the participants, consisting of meanwhile eight European EARN® partner law firms, extensively exchanged their experiences and expertise.

In addition to a personal introduction of each partner firm, the specific aspects of debt collection in the individual member states but also the state of EU-law national implementation were on the agenda of the network’s first summit.

Eventually, the EARN® partners agreed that whilst all participants benefited from an intensive interchange of ideas, a personal exchange constitutes an important element within the scope of cross-border cooperation of lawyers in the fields of legal claim management.
