Federal association of In-house counsel e.V. recommends law firms: PASCHEN ranking among the leaders again

Once more, PASCHEN Rechtsanwälte was rated one of the top-ranking law firms nationwide, according to the current issue of Kanzleimonitor 2016/2017. For the fourth time, the Bundesverband Unternehmensjuristen e.V.examined in its annual survey on the basis of empirical data which lawyers and law firms they would recommend. In insolvency law and contract law PASCHEN was recommended several times in each field and is again at a level with other multinational major law firms.

Moreover, German attorney at law Michael Schmidt, leader of the insolvency practice group in PASCHEN’s Berlin office, was one of eleven German insolvency law experts who had been recommended by several in-house counsels.

As in the previous years, PASCHEN was able to achieve an outstanding position in the survey of Frankfurt’s media group dfv. In the past, the law firm was characterized as a hidden champion in insolvency law. The current survey is based on more than 8,800 recommendations for law firms in different industries by legal departments of 827 companies. More than 7,000 of the recommendations were given by domestic companies.
