„Insolvenzgläubigertage“: continuation planned for 2017
Participants of the third and final event of this year’s „2. Insolvenzgläubigertage” left the NH Hotel in Munich on July 7, 2016 satisfied and happy faced. Once again, this event showed the immense need for information and discussions on the topic of “insolvency”. By presenting lectures and in face-to-face talks, experts on different insolvency issues offered tips and suggestions and responded to any important matter out of the audience of roughly 80 visitors – in particular suppliers and purchasers from a wide range of industries.
All in all, this year’s three events in Munich, Düsseldorf and Oberursel (near Frankfurt am Main) were visited by far more than 200 participants letting this year’s resonance being even higher than in the previous year. “We are very happy with the ‘Insolvenzgläubigertage’ as a whole”, Bernhard Klier, manager of the Deutsche Kongress GmbH who organized the event series together with PASCHEN, sums up. The audience was particularly pleased of the further development of the event portfolio, the top-class selection of speakers and of the imparting of detailed information on the topic insolvency law. The event’s moderator and initiator, attorney at law Lutz Paschen, adds: “The concept of a wide range of topics where each participant gets questions answered related to his daily business and can pick up proposals and suggestions from other areas has successfully worked out.”
Due to the strong demand, a continuation of the event series focusing on creditors is already scheduled for 2017. “In addition to the three well-known venues we would like to offer a fourth event location somewhere in East or North Germany. In this way we can cover the complete country”, Klier reveals. Where exactly is still open, but will be announced in time.
