PASCHEN recommended for the eighth time by corporate lawyers in insolvency law
For its most recent study, the German Institute for Legal Departments and Corporate Lawyers (DIRUJ) focuses on the personal experiences and recommendations of the heads and heads of the legal department and excludes anonymous participants. Since client relationships often extend over longer periods, the survey was also based for the first time on a weighted three-year analysis.
Leading law firm and leading lawyer for insolvency law
PASCHEN has been one of the leading law firms for years now, and can secure one of the leading positions in the ranks of multinational full-service law firms, as in previous years. Law firm partner and head of the insolvency law practice group at PASCHEN, lawyer Michael Schmidt, is once again recommended as a leading lawyer in insolvency law.
Founding partner Lutz Paschen comments: “we are delighted to be able to count ourselves among the personally recommended law firms in insolvency law for the eighth time in a row, even under the changed framework conditions and the associated complete redistribution of the recommended law firms in insolvency law. Once again, our consistent focus and its associated specialisation in enforcing supplier rights and representing creditor interests in insolvency proceedings not only meets with a positive response in the financial departments of the companies we serve, but is also recognised by corporate lawyers. We thank our clients for their confidence in us. As a specialised boutique law firm, our level is that of the top addresses in our industry. This success motivates us to continue on our path and to always do our best.
589 companies took part in the 11th study conducted by DIRUJ, a company belonging to the Frankfurt-based DFV media group, resulting in 9,044 recommendations. The steadily increasing number of recommended corporate lawyers from 29 different industries, from family-run operations to the DAX Group, underline the relevance of tips and reviews given based on personal experience. Each year, the Kanzleimonitor recommends law firms and lawyers in 32 fields of law located at the interface between law and business.
