The Federal Association of in-house counsel e.V. recommends PASCHEN in the fields of litigation & ADR, contract and insolvency law

PASCHEN already mentioned in 2013 in the areas of insolvency law and litigation & ADR by the surveyed in-house counsel is now rated by “Kanzleimonitor” 2014/2015 at a level with international law firms.  “Kanzleimonitor” 2014/2015 characterized PASCHEN as a hidden champion in insolvency law. . Attorney at law Michael Schmidt, partner at PASCHEN in Berlin is one of seven insolvency law experts who has been personally recommended several times. “With these recommendations our clear focus on the enforcement of creditor´s interests as well as attorney at law´s Michael Schmidt’s personal commitment to his clients and in the context of his judicial leadership for the Working Group Insolvency Practice of the Federal Association for Credit Management has once more been honored”, commented attorney at law Lutz Paschen founding partner of the partnership.

The survey of Frankfurt´s media group dfv is based on more than 6.000 recommendations for law firms in 31 different areas of law as well as a broad cross-section from in total 578 companies. The companies thereby form a large sample size of the German corporate landscape. In addition to numerous medium-sized businesses and large German corporations 27 of the 30 DAX businesses participated in the survey.
