TÜV Rheinland certifies PASCHEN Rechtsanwälte excellent quality
Right from the start, PASCHEN was committed to the highest standards of quality of our services. To ensure that we meet our own high standards we undergo external checks on a regular basis. Our quality management is certified by TÜV Rheinland under its registration number 01 100 110347/004. PASCHEN now obtained the new certification according to the recently published international norm for quality management ISO 9001:2015. The new norm replaces the expired ISO 9001:2008 according to which PASCHEN was evaluated since 2009.
Quality management systems certificated according to ISO 9001 ensure highest quality standards by setting rules which employee takes responsibility for which quality-relevant area, defining appropriate procedures and implementing internal control mechanisms. The norm is reviewed every five years to ensure that its rules are up to date.
New ISO 9001:2015 includes several innovations to improve the quality management. Those innovations have been already implemented by PASCHEN. We now put stronger focus on the strategic orientation as well as on a process-oriented approach of our quality management system. Moreover, we already could successfully build up a now required knowledge management and implement a systematic risk management.
